The product arrived more or less within the stated time frame, the pillow itself looks cozy and feels nice, however, the bag of the product was torn, and threads were coming out of the pillow which I had to remove. Otherwise the product is as described, and Iām definitely going to use it. It will need a wash however because there is a strong chemical smell. Hope it goes away in the wash.
